T&L Handbags Industrial Ltd (HK)& Shenzhen Yi Rong sheng leather products Co., Ltd. Was founded in July 2005 by Albert Tam and Mr. Lee. We specialize in manufacturing of wide range of handbags, travel goods and small leather goods etc. Our Shenzhen factory (Headquarter) locate in Pingdi Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen China, the environment is superior, the transportation is convenient. The land area is 15000 m2, total building area is 11000 m2, with 3 buildings for office，production and dormitory. We have big and clean dinning hall, basketball playground, table tennis, badminton fields, Library for our people. Our production space is big enough to employ 400 workers, currently we have approx. 180 workers. We have 1400m2 for sewing production lines, 1400 m2 for heat seal production lines, 1400 m2 for sampling and R&D dept, 1400m2 for warehouse, 460m2 for die-cut dept.

Our Shenzhen factory (Headquarter) have a strong merchandising team with 20 people, R&D and sample room with more than 40 people, so we can offer our clients with fast and efficient quotation, sampling and designing service. Our Shenzhen factory already pass audit of SEDEX, GRS, ISO9001, and pass audit of Disney, Avon, L’Oreal, Lancome, LVMH, COTY etc.

Considering the U.S. tariff was crazy high to import from China in 2018, we set up our first Cambodia factory (T&L (Cambodia) Handbags Industrial Co., Ltd.) in July 2019. Covering 15,000 m2 of land, with 10,000 m2 of building, 8 production lines for handbags, 2 production lines for wallets, we employ approx 600 local workers. 

Because of the demanding of business, we bought 30,00m2 lands in 2023 and set up 20,000 m2 buildings in 2024. Our second Cambodia factory (T&LEE (Cambodia）LEATHER PRODUCTS CO.,LTD) started production in Nov 2024. We have 16 sewing lines for handbags, 2 lines for wallets, 1 line for leather belts, 1 line for heat seal pouch. Currently we have more than 800 workers, upmost we can employ 1500 workers with more orders. With advanced machines and skillful workers, we not only can make high quality handbags, we also made premium bags for promotions and beauty industry etc, just to meet different demands of different brands.

Now T&LEE Cambodia already passed audit of SEDEX, Better Work, Higg, SCAN, FAMA etc. We also pass the audit by CK 、Tommy、 Disney、JC PENNY、Roots，L’OREAL, ESTEE LAUDER etc.
